Common = conforming to the usual standard. 360 crashing problems aren't common, Wii nunchuck problems aren't common. Hell - PSP dead pixels aren't common. Windows viruses are common :D
Zane - try Wii Sports boxing. Chances are as soon as the nunchuck is disconnected it will pause the game, and due to the nature of the game you'll be able to see if it's a faulty port or just COD3?

What would make OmniWeb even better IMO is if it was able to take advantage of the latest WebCore built into Mac OS X.OmniWeb 5.1 beta integrates the latest version of WebCore.

The one thing they did get right was the front ports... I wonder if Apple will ever get it together and give us at least one front firewire and usb port.

Correct me if I'm wrong...but, did any of you notice on that site that they gave an A+ rating to the Celeron machine and D & C's to the top 8 in the list? If you click on the colored bar for each system then scroll down the page there is a chart to explain the rating. It's a joke. I wouldn't depend on this site at all.

The best thing about that article is that they show Apple and Pioneers stock prices below...even CNET is speculating.

great advice! thanks.
when did the board ACTUALLY start? i recall reading quite a bit, and remember thinking that it was well-established. but when did it actually start?
(just curious... how old are you?)

Back when I was about 8, we were jacked. However it was our house and the house next to us. We lost all of our console GAMES, the system still there. The other house lost their console SYSTEM, the games still there. Its nice to know that the world has not changed 10 years later.

I have a question
I plan on applying for a job at the apple store near me. I am in school right now and going home for the summer this year. Should i go down to the apple store before i leave school (i.e. in the next two weeks) and let them know i am interested or do i wait until about 2 weeks before college starts up again and then go inquire about a job?
If i went down now that would be about 3 months before i could actually work.
Any insight is great.
I would go down and tell them your story. From what I've found, the more you contact them (employers in general) and show that you are serious, the more they start to trust and respect you. Be persistent and always contact them at least once a month to keep them informed of your situation, so that they know your still interested. Good luck. :)

results speak for themselves.
36 get a mac
2 get a ps3
If it was who wants to be a millionare and you just asked the audience - I think you can call that result a 'safe bet'.

If you check on the apple.ca 's store page, it says it's updating. I wonder... what's new?

Of course Apple does not yet have PPC-970 chips ready for shipping. They may have prototypes, but you can bet that they don't have any of the real thing.
Anyway, not sure where Ars Tech got 2004 from, since everyone else was saying 2003 and some even said middle of 2003. I'm still betting on late 2003.
